What is the return policy? Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund with receipt and tags intact.  You can find a detailed explanation of our return policy here.

What about free shipping? All orders $100+ are eligible for free shipping within Canada. Orders $0-$99 are a flat $15 fee.

How are my items shipped to me? All of our shipments are sent out via Canada Post. All purchases $100+ are free shipping.

When will I receive my order? All orders are shipped out by 3pm either the day of or the day after (Monday to Friday) we receive your order on Shopify. Any orders that come in on the weekend are packed and ready to ship out by 3pm on Monday. Typically Canada Post delivers items within 1-7 business days.

What if I'm picking up in store? You will receive a notification in your email when your item is ready for pick up. This will typically be the same day as you placed your order.

What if my order is damaged? Although we take every precaution to ensure your order is packed well there is the odd time that a package can be damaged in transit. Please email us at customerservice@graceandsparrow.ca and we'll arrange a return/exchange for you.
