Fitted. The measurements are taken when laying flat without stretching. The fabric will stretch up to 2-3 inches larger than the measurements indicated.
CARE
Machine wash in cold and lay flat to dry. Press on cool if needed. This ultra soft, stretchy fabric has been pre-washed.
